Shipping Policy

We strive to provide a seamless and reliable shipping experience at Myself and I. Here are the details of our shipping policy:

Processing Time: Orders will be processed and shipped within two business days.
Shipping Method: All orders come with tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Rates:
- Canada (Domestic): CA 7.99, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days.
- USA: CAD 7.99, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days.
- We currently offer shipping to Canada and the USA, but we’re excited to expand worldwide soon.
Packaging: Your package weighs 0.505 kg and comes in a padded packet. The book is enclosed in a plastic sheath and includes a tag. Note: The book cannot be returned if the tag is detached or if the book has been written in.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here’s our return and exchange policy:

Return Eligibility: Products can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@myselfaijournals.com to obtain a return authorization. Once authorized, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with your return. Returns must be shipped via a tracked delivery method.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping charges for returns cannot be refunded.
Warranty: We offer a one-year warranty on our products. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days. We stand by the quality of our products and are confident you will love them.
